BRWall can ship to virtually any address in the world!
Immediately we receive your order, we work to process and dispatch within 3-5 working days. We ensure all orders are dispatched via FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT express. During your order processing we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the shipping options you choose. The availability of your items and the Shipping date estimates will be emailed to you along with your order acknowledgment.
You have the option to use your own courier company for which we will need your courier account details. We do not charge for carriage charges.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
The shipping and handling costs for orders from BRWall, depend on the methods or options you choose. All weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram as we use this method to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use.
Our Returns Policy
You are allowed to return most items sold by BRWall within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus any carriage charges incurred by us. There must be an agreement for extended returns period before ordering.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
• Failure to deliver an item 14 days after delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Any product with missing the serial number or UPC.
We will as much as possible to process your return quickly. This process can take 10 days. You will be fully refunded to the original purchasing credit card account number or bank account.

Contact us via the Web or call +86 10 82749250 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please include all the original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
- You need the RMA number to make returns otherwise, it would not be accepted.
- Indicate the reason for the return and your packing list on your product.
- We recommend you return items via FedEx/UPS/TNT/DHL or insured parcel post for proof of delivery.
- We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
- You are responsible for freight charges to us, we will return at our cost unless the item is out of warranty or has been misused.
Please include the postal receipt in your return package.
